Infinitech Multi-Cloud Landing Zone Accelerator
One request and control model for new AWS accounts, Azure subscriptions, OCI compartments, and Google Cloud projects.
The problem
Acquisitions, regional rules, and provider-specific services leave many platform teams running a separate account-creation process for each cloud, so ownership tags, logging, region limits, and audit evidence differ by provider.
What IMCLZ does
- A versioned request file records owner, cost center, data classification, region, and logging intent, and generates provider-specific Terraform.
- Shared OPA policy checks the saved plan before anything is created. A plan that misses tags, encryption, approved regions, or logging cannot merge.
- Planning and applying run under separate GitHub OIDC identities. Apply runs the exact plan that passed review, verified by checksum. No static cloud keys.
- Each provider keeps its native guardrails: AWS Organizations and SCPs, Azure Policy, OCI Cloud Guard and Security Zones, Google Cloud Organization Policy.
- Nightly refresh-only plans find drift and open a reviewed issue for the named owner.
Evidence
| What was shown | Where |
|---|---|
| Five live four-cloud workload cycles: apply, inventory, required-tag coverage, native-posture collection, OPA traces, and empty workload state after cleanup | Retained workflow evidence |
| A deliberately unsafe plan rejected before any cloud write, then the corrected plan accepted | Walkthrough at infinitechplatforms.com |
| One retained run: 26 governed resources, 26/26 with the required business tags | Execute run 30822997476 |
| What a customer receives, using synthetic evidence | Public evidence repository, release v0.1.2 |
One first-attempt run per provider, including review, took OCI 2 min 7 s, Google Cloud 5 min 18 s, and AWS 10 min 40 s. Azure has not been measured yet. Provider billing for all five cycles was USD 0.60 across the four clouds. These are pilot observations, not service levels or a customer cost estimate. IMCLZ produces evidence for review. It is not an audit, certification, or authorization.
Engagements
Foundation covers discovery, then a pinned IMCLZ release in your own private repository, with a runbook, architecture, acceptance evidence, and enablement. More clouds, identity-provider or data migration, and audit preparation are quoted separately. You keep the repository, state, logs, and resources.
